Agreement and scope
By using Meridian you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. Version 2026-08-22.1, effective 2026-08-22. If you act for an organization, you confirm authority to bind it.
Nature of the service
Meridian provides startup resources, public Entity information, search, comparison, content, connections, and profile tools. It is general information and decision support—not legal, tax, investment, or fundraising advice—and does not guarantee an application, funding, partnership, or business result.
Accounts and security
Provide accurate information, protect account access, and report unauthorized use. Founder, Investor, and Mentor are product personas, not verification, professional qualifications, or permissions. RBAC controls authorization separately.
Your content and public choices
You retain rights in submitted content and grant Meridian the limited permission necessary to provide, protect, and display the services you select. Profiles start Private; only allowlisted fields explicitly made Public may be published. Do not submit confidential, infringing, or third-party personal information you lack authority to use.
Acceptable use
Do not undermine security, evade access controls, mass-scrape restricted data, impersonate others, harass users, distribute malware, abuse connection tools, or use Meridian for unlawful, fraudulent, or rights-infringing activity.
Editorial information and third parties
Accelerator, Investor, and other Entity information changes. Meridian provides sources and verification dates, but third parties control their sites, programs, terms, and availability. Links are not endorsements.
Changes, suspension, and termination
Meridian may adjust, suspend, or stop features for security, maintenance, legal, or product reasons. Serious violations or risk to users/platform may lead to restricted access. Privacy export/deletion rights remain subject to applicable exceptions.
Responsibility boundary
To the extent permitted by law, services are provided as available. Meridian is not responsible for third-party decisions, startup outcomes, or external services outside its control. Nothing excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be limited.
